Abstract

Zusammenfassung Häufig unterscheidet sich die tatsächlich erlebte Praxis stark von der Theorie. In diesem Beitrag berichte ich als Personalleiterin von den Hürden, die oftmals bei der Einführung einer werteorientierten Führung genommen werden müssen. Ich erläutere, welche Möglichkeiten ich genutzt habe, damit Führungskräfte einheitlich werteorientierte Füh-rung nicht nur kennen und verstehen, sondern in ihren Abteilungen und Firmen auch leben.
