Wie misst man Demut?

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Jemanden zu fragen, ob er mit Demut führt, wird zu falschen Ergebnissen führen: Der Demutsvolle, der weiß, wie groß die Welt ist und wie klein er, wird sich leicht unterschätzen; derjenige, der voller Hybris ist, wird sich überschätzen. Zudem haben nicht alle das gleiche Verständnis davon, was hinter dem Wort steht. Die Lösung besteht darin, Fragebogen zu nutzen, welche die einzelnen Elemente von Demut abfragen, ohne das Wort als solches zu verwenden. Zudem sollte man die Eigenanalyse durch Fremdanalyse ergänzen.
