Abstract

Zusammenfassung Demutsvolles Verhalten ist zuweilen negativ konnotiert und wird von professionellen Anlegern und der Presse erst auf den zweiten Blick honoriert. Allerdings wünschen sich nicht nur die Mitarbeiter ganz klar Demut bei ihren Führungskräften, sondern die heutige Zeit mit ihren Umbrüchen, Krisen und Chancen verlangt regelrecht danach. Die Daten zeigen, dass Demut bislang nur von wenigen Führungskräften in Deutschland gelebt wird – es gibt viel Luft nach oben.
