Abstract

Zusammenfassung Es geht um Mut bei der Demut – den Mut, sich wirklich so zu sehen, wie man ist; andere anzuerkennen für das, was sie tun; immer offen und lernfähig zu sein; sowie zu verstehen, dass man nur ein kleiner Teil eines größeren Ganzen ist. Diese grundsätzliche Tugend Demut ist in unserer Zeit vonnöten. Wer sich auf das Buch einlässt, wird nicht nur daran wachsen, sondern auch verstehen, welch positiven Effekt Demut für Mitarbeiter, das Unternehmen und die Führungskraft bringt.
