Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Fortschritte in der Entwicklung der Künstlichen Intelligenz bewirken, dass diese im Jahr 2020 für viele Unternehmen trotz oder auch wegen des Coronavirus zunehmend handlungsrelevant wird. Für einige Unternehmen wird Künstliche Intelligenz dabei sogar eine Kernkompetenz. Dies bedeutet jedoch, dass sich Unternehmen auch mit den Ängsten vor Künstlicher Intelligenz auseinandersetzen müssen. In diesem Beitrag wird deshalb dargestellt, welche Potenziale von Künstlicher Intelligenz im Umgang mit Wissen, in der Unterstützung von Entscheidungen, in der Verbesserung von Services und in der Effizienzsteigerung besitzt und wie mit den Ängsten im Umfeld von Künstlicher Intelligenz am besten umgegangen werden kann.
