Abstract

Zusammenfassung Was haben Sie nun aus diesem Buch mitgenommen? Diese Frage können nur Sie selbst für sich beantworten. Sie haben gesehen, wie Denkmuster uns negativ beeinflussen, wie wir diese aber auch abschwächen können. Im letzten Abschnitt haben wir viel über das Sprechen (mit anderen) nachgedacht. „Wer nicht redet, wird nicht gehört.“ (Bundeskanzler Helmut Schmidt Stiftung 2019) Dieses Zitat stammt von Helmut Schmidt und ich möchte diesem aus voller Überzeugung beipflichten. Ich wollte Sie mit diesem Buch motivieren, den Pfad zu Ihrem gewünschten Selbst zu festigen. Vielleicht haben Sie bereits während der Lektüre andere Ausfahrten als gewöhnlich von Ihrer Gedankenautobahn genommen. Vielleicht haben Sie auch schon mit dem Weiterausbau einer Landstraße begonnen, eine Brücke hinzugefügt, oder − das darf auch sein − Spielstraßen und Straßensperrungen eingerichtet. Ich beglückwünsche Sie! Das beste Projekt, an dem Sie je arbeiten werden, sind Sie.
