Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das folgende Kapitel befasst sich mit den Potenzialen der Entwicklung und Einführung von KI in der Arbeitswelt sowie möglicher Effizienzsteigerungen in vielen Branchen. Obwohl zunächst die Sorge vor Arbeitsplatzverlusten besteht, verändert KI vor allem die Art der Arbeit, indem sie den Fokus auf kreativere, strategischere und wertschöpfende Aufgaben verlagert. KI kann heute Menschen vor allem bei monotonen Aufgaben sehr effizient unterstützen. Dies führt zur Entstehung neuer Berufsfelder, für die spezialisierte Fähigkeiten und interdisziplinäres Wissen erforderlich sind. Um die Belegschaft auf diese Veränderungen vorzubereiten und gesellschaftliche Spannungen zu vermeiden, sind umfassende Umschulungs- und Weiterbildungsprogramme erforderlich. Insgesamt bietet KI immense Möglichkeiten, die Arbeitswelt produktiver, kreativer und erfüllender zu gestalten. Voraussetzung hierfür ist allerdings, dass die richtigen Rahmenbedingungen geschaffen werden.
