Abstract

Zusammenfassung Qualitätsbewusstes und schlankes Denken und Handeln ist für alle Unternehmen einer der zentralen Punkte zur langfristigen Sicherung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit, des Unternehmenserfolges und der Sicherung von Arbeitsplätzen (Helmold 2021). Qualitätsverbesserungen führen zu sofortigen Ergebnisverbesserungen und Cost Savings. Voraussetzung hierzu ist die Kenntnis von Qualitäts-Methoden und Qualitätswerkzeugen innerhalb von Unternehmen sowie ihre ständige Anwendung im Sinne der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und Optimierung. Die folgenden Unterkapitel stellen eine Sammlung von Werkzeugen und Methoden des Leadership dar, deren Anwendung sich langjährig in der Praxis bewährt hat (Porsche 2001).
