Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das zum 01.01.2023 in Kraft getretene Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtgesetz bringt für deutsche Unternehmen aller Branchen zahlreiche ungelöste Herausforderungen mit sich. Nachdem es nun auch auf EU-Ebene mit der Verabschiedung durch das EU-Parlament als Lieferkettenrichtlinie bzw. Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive bestätigt wurde, hat es weiter an Verbindlichkeit gewonnen und erfordert Lösungen bei den betroffenen Unternehmen. Der Beitrag skizziert eine auf der Blockchain-Technologie basierende Plattform als Ansatz zur Umsetzung eines bzgl. des Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetzes konformen Beschwerdemanagementsystems und ist Ergebnis einer gemeinsamen Entwicklungsinitiative der Beitragsautoren. Anhand von Anwendungsfällen wird gezeigt, wie die gewonnenen Daten zusätzlich für ein risikoorientiertes Lieferantenmanagement genutzt werden können. Drei spezifische Anwendungsfälle stehen im Vordergrund – die Lieferantenbewertung (Use Case 1), die Risikoerfassung entlang der gesamten Lieferkette (Use Case 2) sowie die Lieferkettenoptimierung (Use Case 3).
