Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die jüngsten globalen Ereignisse, die COVID-19-Pandemie und der Russland-Ukraine-Krieg, haben die globalen Lieferketten erheblich gestört. Sie haben zu Produktionsausfällen, Materialknappheit und Versorgungsengpässen geführt. Dieser Umstand unterstreicht die Notwendigkeit einer strategischen Neuausrichtung der Lieferketten. In diesem Beitrag werden die zentralen Auswirkungen dieser Krisen auf die Lieferketten untersucht und mögliche Maßnahmen zur Erhöhung ihrer zukünftigen Widerstandsfähigkeit vorgestellt und diskutiert. Die Untersuchung basiert auf einem Mixed-Methods-Ansatz, bestehend aus Interviews mit Experten aus verschiedenen Branchen und einer nachgelagerten Online-Umfrage. Die identifizierten Best-Practices und Handlungsempfehlungen bieten wertvolle Einblicke und Orientierungshilfen für Unternehmen, die ihre Lieferketten widerstandsfähiger und anpassungsfähiger gestalten wollen. Gleichzeitig liefern die Ergebnisse Impulse für zukünftige Forschung zur Entwicklung robuster, datenbasierter Entscheidungsstrategien.
