Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Beitrag stellt das Risikomanagement und das Controlling in der Beschaffung konzeptionell dar und baut auf dem Ansatz eines integrierten Risikomanagements und Controllings auf. Die Fallstudie eines Automobilzulieferers illustriert die mögliche Umsetzung in der Praxis. Die Ergebnisse lassen sich wie folgt zusammenfassen: Neben wirtschaftlichen Aspekten spielen zunehmend auch Fragen der Nachhaltigkeit in der Beschaffung eine große Rolle. Der Beitrag zeigt, dass im Sinne einer robusten Unternehmensstrategie die Integration der Nachhaltigkeit in die Unternehmensstrategie als zentrale Prämisse notwendig ist. Unternehmen verfolgen sehr unterschiedliche Nachhaltigkeitsziele, der Dekarbonisierung kommt jedoch in der Automobilindustrie eine herausragende Bedeutung zu. Das Risikomanagement kann die Beschaffung bei der Identifizierung und Überwachung von wesentlichen Risiken im Zusammenhang mit der Nachhaltigkeit unterstützen. Eine enge Verbindung zur gesamten Unternehmensstrategie ist dazu notwendig.
