Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel geben wir an, warum man schlechte Führung überwinden sollte, woraus sich gute Führung im Detail zusammensetzt und warum man gute Führung anstreben sollte. Bisher haben wir Führung aus verschiedenen Aspekten beleuchtet und die einzelnen Bestandteile (soziologische und psychologische Aspekte sowie Motivation) beleuchtet. Anhand der fünf Hauptführungsaufgaben wurden im Teil II die jeweilige gute und schlechte Herangehensweise beschrieben. Nun werden diese Konzepte vereinheitlicht und zum Kern von guter Führung zusammengefügt. In diesem Kapitel beschreiben wir das große Ganze, welches man als Leader beachten sollte, um seine Mitarbeiter nachhaltig gut zu führen und damit die gesamte Organisation voranzubringen. Die konkreten Details folgen dann in den letzten drei Kap. 12, 13 und 14. Der ein oder andere Leser ist vielleicht direkt in diesen dritten Teil des Buches, den Leitfaden für gute Führung, gesprungen. Um diesen dritten Teil des Buches vollständig zu verstehen, verweisen wir an sehr vielen Stellen auf die vorigen Kap. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 und 10. Das vorherige Lesen der ersten beiden Teile wird daher unbedingt empfohlen.
