Abstract

Zusammenfassung Für multitalentierte Manager, deren Persönlichkeit sich von der Mehrzahl der Bevölkerung unterscheidet und deren berufliche Herausforderungen vielfältig sind, sind Coaches unerlässlich, die auf diese Zielgruppe spezialisiert sind. Ich werde in diesem Kapitel die Gründe hierfür darlegen sowie die Notwendigkeit und den Mehrwert von Business Coaches darstellen, die sich auf Führungskräfte mit Scanner-Persönlichkeit spezialisiert haben. Dabei werden verschiedene Aspekte beleuchtet, von den Verantwortlichkeiten spezialisierter Business Coaches bis hin zu den konkreten Rollen des Coaches als Sparringspartner und Vertrauensperson, Strukturgeber, erhobener Zeigefinger bzw. treibende Kraft sowie Persönlichkeitsexperte. Durch die Analyse dieser zentralen Aspekte wird deutlich, dass insbesondere auf diese Zielgruppe spezialisierte Coaches einen Beitrag zur Weiterentwicklung und Stärkung vielseitiger Manager sowie zur Lösung konkreter Problemstellungen dieser Personen leisten.
