Abstract

Zusammenfassung Sollen Führungskräfte mit Coaching wirksam und effektiv begleitet werden, müssen einige Aspekte beachtet werden. Daher stelle ich in diesem Kapitel die Erfolgsfaktoren für Führungskräfte-Coaching dar und wie sie im Coaching wirksam sind. Ich zeige auf, dass Coaching individuell ansetzen muss und welche Schritte zu einer individuellen Unterstützung führen, gebe Tipps für Führungskräfte als Klienten und beleuchte ausführlich die Haltung, die ein Coach haben sollte, wenn Führungskräfte wirksam begleitet und Ergebnisse mit Coaching erzielt werden sollen. Durch die Betrachtung dieser grundlegenden Prinzipien werden Führungskräfte und Business Coaches ein besseres Verständnis für die wichtigsten Elemente eines erfolgreichen Führungskräfte-Coachings entwickeln und darin gestärkt, wirkungsvolle Coaching-Prozesse durchzuführen.
