Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel geht es darum, wie Manager mit Scanner-Persönlichkeit in der aktuellen dynamischen Geschäftswelt erfolgreich als Führungskraft handeln können. Dabei stehen vor allem konkrete Schritte im Mittelpunkt, die diese Personen unternehmen können, um nicht nur ihre bereits vorhandenen Potenziale voll auszuschöpfen, sondern auch ihre Fähigkeiten für die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung ihres Führungsstils zu nutzen und damit sich und ihr Team erfolgreich durch die Herausforderungen der modernen Geschäftswelt zu führen. Anpassungsfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Agilität und Offenheit für alternative Sichtweisen sind dabei zentral. Es wird gezeigt, wie Coaching vielseitigen Führungskräften helfen kann, diese Fähigkeiten (weiter) zu entwickeln, und moderne Führungsstile sowie Techniken und Methoden vorgestellt, um innovativ zu führen, wodurch die vielseitigen Führungskräfte sowohl ihre Teams motivieren als auch einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens leisten.
