Abstract

Zusammenfassung Vielseitige Führungskräfte verfügen über eine breite Palette von Stärken und Fähigkeiten, die sich über diverse Bereiche erstrecken. Die Vielfalt dieser Stärken ist eine unschätzbare Ressource, deren sich die multitalentierten Führungskräfte meist jedoch nicht bewusst sind. Im folgenden Kapitel werde ich daher herausarbeiten, wie vielfältige Stärken auf die Führungsrolle einzahlen. Ich werde die Bedürfnisse und Bedarfe vielseitiger Führungskräfte beleuchten und darlegen, wie ein auf multitalentierte Führungskräfte spezialisiertes Coaching helfen kann, die vielfältigen Stärken und Bedarfe dieser Führungskräfte zu erkennen und zu entwickeln sowie das Arbeitsumfeld und ihre Führungsrolle entsprechend zu gestalten. Zudem gebe ich praktische Hinweise für den nachhaltigen Einsatz der Stärken sowie Empfehlungen zum kontinuierlichen Ausbau der Stärkenorientierung, die direkt angewandt werden können.
