Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im vorangegangenen Kapitel wurden die Rolle und Bedeutung von vielseitigen Managern (alias multitalentierte Führungskräfte bzw. Führungskräfte mit Scanner- bzw. Tausendsassa-Persönlichkeit) für die Arbeitswelt genauer betrachtet, ihre Stärken sowie Herausforderungen dargelegt sowie Coaching als Lösungsmöglichkeit eingeführt. In diesem Kapitel wird nun der Wert von Business Coaching und im Speziellen eines gezielten Coachings durch auf diese Zielgruppe spezialisierte Coaches ausführlich dargestellt und erläutert, wie und warum es multitalentierten Führungskräften dabei hilft, ihr volles Potenzial auszuschöpfen, leistungsfähig, erfüllt und erfolgreich zu sein. Dabei wird ein besonderes Augenmerk auf Coaching-Effekte und auf verschiedene Scanner-Typen gelegt. Es wird zudem dargestellt, inwieweit sich Scanner-Coaching von gewöhnlichem Business Coaching unterscheidet.
