Abstract

Zusammenfassung Um das Potenzial vielseitiger Führungskräfte mit Tausendsassa-Persönlichkeit zu entfalten, ist es unerlässlich, eine Unternehmenskultur zu schaffen, die Entwicklung und Innovation fördert. Es wird empfohlen, dass hierin auch Business Coaching einen festen Platz hat. In diesem Kapitel werde ich dies begründen und aufzeigen, welche Bestandteile eine solche Kultur ausmachen und welches die Rollen von Unternehmensleitung, direkten Vorgesetzten und Personalabteilung dabei sind. Ich werde praktische Empfehlungen geben, wie Unternehmensleitung, Vorgesetzte und Personalabteilung Führungskräfte mit Scanner-Persönlichkeit konkret unterstützen können, und ausführen, welche Rolle Business Coaching dabei spielt. Schließlich wird dargelegt, warum es wesentlich ist, auf diese besondere Zielgruppe spezialisierte Coaches zu wählen, und wie die Integration dieser Coaches in die Unternehmenskultur effektiv gelingen kann.
