Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel werden ausgewählte Coaching-Ansätze vorgestellt, mit denen vielseitige Manager mit Tausendsassa-Persönlichkeit besonders gut unterstützt werden können: stärkenbasiertes Coaching, in welchem die Bedürfnisse und Stärken der Führungskraft identifiziert und ihre Stärkenorientierung entwickelt werden; leidenschaftsorientiertes Coaching, das die Führungskraft dabei unterstützt, ihre Leidenschaften zu erkennen und ihre berufliche Entwicklung danach auszurichten; zielorientiertes Coaching, welches den Klienten ermächtigt, seine Ziele klarer zu sehen, und die Zielerreichung stärkt; szenariobasiertes Coaching, in dem Situationen erprobt bzw. analysiert werden, um die Flexibilität und Handlungsfähigkeit des Klienten zu stärken; resilienzorientiertes Coaching, welches die Stärkung der Widerstandsfähigkeit zur Grundlage erfolgreicher Veränderung macht. Es wird dargelegt, was diese Coachingansätze auszeichnet und weswegen sie gerade für Führungskräfte mit Scanner-Persönlichkeit besonders sinnvoll und gewinnbringend sind.
