Entwicklung einer CO2-Bilanzierung für die Theaterwerkstätten

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Schaubühne Berlin zählt zu den führenden Theatern im deutschsprachigen Raum und integriert sowohl klassische als auch zeitgenössische Dramatik in ihr Repertoire. Jährlich erweitert die Schaubühne ihr Programm um etwa acht Neuproduktionen und gastiert weltweit. Seit 2021 werden CO₂-Bilanzen für Produktionen erstellt, um den Einsatz nachhaltiger Materialien zu fördern. Durch die Nutzung von Emissionsfaktoren, wie aus der ÖKOBAUDAT-Datenbank, werden die ökologischen Auswirkungen verschiedener Werkstoffe bewertet. Schwerpunkte liegen auf der Verwendung zertifizierter Hölzer und dem Recycling von Altmaterialien. Die CO₂-Bilanzierung dient als Instrument zur Optimierung und Reduktion von Emissionen in den Produktionsprozessen.
