„Future Fonds Hamburg“ – Personalkostenförderung für Transformationsmanagement

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Hamburgs Musikszene umfasst über 106 Spielstätten, die ein breites Programm bieten und jährlich 3,5 Mio. Besuchende anziehen. Viele Clubs stehen nach der Pandemie vor finanziellen Herausforderungen, da sie privatwirtschaftlich betrieben und kaum staatlich gefördert werden. 16 Hamburger Spielstätten unterzeichneten 2022 den Code of Conduct „Zukunft feiern“, der eine nachhaltige Clubkultur fördert. Da oft Personal für die Umsetzung fehlt, gründete die Stadt Hamburg 2023 den „Future Fonds Hamburg“, der Personalressourcen für Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement finanziert. Erste Erfolge zeigen das Potenzial der Maßnahmen, doch langfristige Sicherung erfordert zusätzliche Förderprogramme.
