Abstract

Zusammenfassung Ähnlich wie in Deutschland nur ein Teil aller Bauwerke und Gebäude von Architekten geplant und der überwiegende Teil in Eigenregie oder von Handwerkern ohne große Planung errichtet wird (mit oft entsprechenden Ergebnissen), verhält es sich auch mit Karriereseiten. Hier wird entweder versucht, Seiten ohne durchdachte Planung und ohne Rücksicht auf eine wirklich ernst gemeinte Candidate Experience in Eigenregie zu erstellen oder es wird auf standardisierte Produkte („Karriereseiten-Baukästen“, Recruiting Suites) zurückgegriffen. Dabei ist die Gestaltung einer durchdachten Bewerbungsarchitektur einer der kritischsten und wichtigsten Bausteine im Recruiting. Wie ich auch bei den Recherchen zu diesem Buch immer wieder feststellen musste, wird diesem Baustein viel zu wenig Beachtung geschenkt. Ob aus Unwissenheit, Ignoranz oder „Bewerber-als-Erfüllungsgehilfe-Attitüde“ kann ich nicht abschließend beurteilen. Fakt ist jedoch, dass die Bedeutung einer reibungslosen, nahtlos funktionierenden, kandidatenzentrierten Bewerbererfahrung – auch vor dem Hintergrund des „Fachkräftemangels“ – gar nicht oft genug betont werden kann.
