Abstract

Zusammenfassung Immer wieder reibe ich mir verwundert die Augen angesichts dessen, was mir da so auf manchen Unternehmensseiten entgegenlacht – oder eben eher nicht. Denn, obwohl es kaum eine einfachere Möglichkeit gibt, potenzielle Bewerber auf sich aufmerksam zu machen – oder aus zufällig vorbei surfenden Website-Besuchern Bewerber zu gewinnen -, verschenken die Unternehmen ungeheure Potenziale. Einfach dadurch, dass sie ihren Karrierebereich gut vor den Augen potenzieller und wechselwilliger Kandidaten verstecken. Sei es im Footer (also ganz unten auf der Seite – gut versteckt zwischen Nutzungsbedingungen, Impressum, AGB, Datenschutzerklärung, Widerrufsbelehrung, Cookie-Einstellungen etc. pp. – wo nur die allerwenigsten landen oder die Verzweifelten suchen) oder als Unterseite innerhalb einer Rubrik wie bspw. „Über uns“, „Aktuelles“ oder „Unternehmen“.
