Zusammenfassung Geschafft! Ihre Karriere-Website ist live! Nun ernten Sie die Früchte harter Arbeit: (Potenzielle) Bewerber werden Ihre Karriere-Website umschwirren wie Motten das Licht und Sie werden sich vor Zugriffen und Bewerbungen nicht zu retten wissen. Schön wäre es, oder? Tatsächlich gibt es nicht wenige, die glauben, mit Drücken des roten Knopfes wäre das Werk vollendet und der Rest würde sich von selbst erledigen. Leider ist dem nicht so. Oder sagen wir: nur bedingt. Denn ein Großteil des Traffics wird dank Ihrer hervorragenden SEO-Bemühungen über Google (Jobs) kommen. Auch die Stellenbörsen, auf denen Sie natürlich weiterhin Ihre Stellenanzeigen schalten, um zusätzliche Reichweite zu erzielen (vorerst zumindest), können für Besucher auf Ihrer Karriereseite sorgen. Und, ganz klar, die Tatsache, dass Sie den Karriere-Button dort platziert haben, wo er hingehört: in der Hauptnavigation Ihrer Unternehmensstartseite.
