Abstract

Zusammenfassung Ich bin der Meinung, dass eine gut gemachte Karriere-Website, die durch Relevanz überzeugt (siehe Abschn. 5.1 ), eine ausreichende Selbstselektion ermöglicht und keinen unnötigen technischen Schnickschnack in Form von irgendwelchen „Tests“ oder „Games“ benötigt. Zumal viele davon mobil oft nicht wirklich nutzbar sind, wenig sinnvoll in die Website eingebunden sind, eine unbefriedigende UX haben, keinen wirklichen Mehrwert bei der Entscheidungsfindung bieten, lange Ladezeiten verursachen und dem Nutzer sogar unnötig Lebenszeit rauben (es gibt natürlich auch Ausnahmen, von denen ich auf den nächsten Seiten neben weniger geeigneten auch gute Beispiele vorstellen werde).
