Abstract

Zusammenfassung Besonderes Augenmerk im Risikomanagement, aber auch bei der Gestaltung resilienter Supply Chains erhalten die Phasen der Risikobeurteilung und der Risikosteuerung. Für beide Phasen lässt sich eine Vielzahl an Methoden und Ansätzen einsetzen. Somit gibt es für beide Phasen jeweils einen Koffer mit Methoden, Instrumenten und Maßnahmen. Der erste Koffer enthält das Handwerkszeug, um Risiken zu identifizieren, zu analysieren und abschließend zu bewerten. Der zweite Koffer enthält eine Vielzahl von Maßnahmen, die sich treffen lassen, um Resilienz in Supply Chains herzustellen oder zu erhöhen. Beide Koffer zusammen bieten eine hervorragende Basis, um systematisch und methodisch-fundiert Resilienz in Lieferketten zu erzeugen oder zu steigern.
