Abstract

Zusammenfassung Ein in sich schlüssiges Sicherheitskonzept muss alle Mitarbeiter der Organisation einbeziehen. Daher werden Verhaltensstandards erläutert, die für alle Mitarbeiter verbindlich sind. Es wird am Beispiel eines Universitätsklinikums aufgezeigt, wie die Standards aus der Kernenergie auf andere HRO-Branchen angepasst werden können. Die Implementierung von Verhaltensstandards ist komplex und aufwändig. Die Autoren haben dazu ein Konzept entwickelt, das 12 aufeinander abgestimmte Einzelmaßnahmen umfasst und so Unternehmen unterstützt, den Gesamtprozess im Sinne einer komplexen Mehrfachintervention von der guten Absicht bis zur Evaluation effizient und nachhaltig umzusetzen.
