Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Beitrag erläutert Entstehung und Bedeutung einer ausgeprägten Fehler- und Sicherheitskultur in HRO. Wesentliche Merkmale sind die Akzeptanz menschlicher Fehler und der Umgang damit. Menschliche Fehler sind nicht isoliert zu betrachten, sondern stets im Kontext ihres Arbeitsumfelds. Die Wahrnehmung und konsequente Anwendung der Vorbildfunktion von Management und Führungskräften sind ebenso wie das Engagement jedes einzelnen Mitarbeiters solide Fundamente einer robusten Kultur. Grundvoraussetzung für kontinuierliche Verbesserungen ist das im Arbeitsalltag etablierte wertschätzende und idealerweise hierarchieübergreifende Feedback, das so als essenzielle Komponente zur Sicherheitskultur beiträgt.
