Abstract

Zusammenfassung Folgende Situation: Sie haben einen Termin bei mir in meinem Münchener Büro. Unser Gespräch ist beendet und zur Verabschiedung fragen Sie mich, ob ich Ihnen einen Italiener empfehlen kann, da sie noch etwas essen möchten, bevor Sie wieder nach Hause fahren. In meiner Straße gibt es zwei davon und sie liegen direkt nebeneinander. Ich empfehle jedoch das Restaurant auf der rechten Seite, weil es meines Erachtens dort wesentlich besser schmeckt. Nachdem Sie nun vor beiden Restaurants stehen, bemerken Sie, daß der von mir empfohlene Italiener noch recht leer ist. Aber im anderen Lokal befinden sich bereits viele lachende Gäste, die Kerzen brennen und es herrscht eine angenehme Stimmung. Welches der beiden Restaurants bevorzugen Sie nun intuitiv? Natürlich den Italiener auf der linken Seite – und nicht denjenigen, den ich Ihnen empfohlen habe …
