Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Lifestyle-Branche (Mode, Schuhe, Sportartikel) stellt nach dem Lebensmittelhandel die zweitgrößte Handelsbranche mit privaten Konsumausgaben von ca. 110 Mrd. € pro Jahr im DACH-Raum dar (Statista 2024). Zum überwiegenden Teil findet der Lifestyle-Handel stationär statt und dominiert die Einkaufsstraßen und Shoppingcenter. Aber die Dynamik der Online-Kanäle bleibt ungebrochen, in einigen Segmenten erreicht der Online-Anteil bereits bis zu 40 % (Klarna Bank AB 2024). Dies führt zu einem intensiven Wettbewerb um die höchste Kundenaufmerksamkeit und -zufriedenheit.
