Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wie sieht der Handel der Zukunft aus? Um diese Frage zu beantworten, lohnt es sich, zunächst den Blick auf die Kunden der Zukunft zu richten. Die gute Nachricht zuerst: Die Kunden der Zukunft sind bereits geboren – zumindest, wenn wir auf die nächsten ein bis zwei Dekaden schauen. Und diese Kunden der Zukunft gehören zur Generation der Digital Natives.
