Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Einzelhandel steht heute an einem Wendepunkt, wie ihn nur wenige Branchen in ihrer Geschichte erlebt haben. Inmitten tiefgreifender globaler Veränderungen – von digitalen Disruptionen bis hin zu neuen gesellschaftlichen Erwartungen – wird der Handel gezwungen, sich kontinuierlich neu zu erfinden. In dieser dynamischen Umgebung reicht es nicht mehr aus, nur operativ erfolgreich zu sein. Unternehmen müssen eine klar definierte, zukunftsorientierte Strategie entwickeln, um langfristig relevant zu bleiben. Dabei stehen sie vor der Herausforderung, auf neue Technologien, ein verändertes Kundenverhalten und den Druck der Nachhaltigkeit zu reagieren.
