Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die praktische Umsetzung der Verordnung ist noch in vielen Punkten unklar. Insbesondere die Frage, welche Nachweise bei der Einfuhr anerkannt werden, ist offen. Die derzeitige personelle und finanzielle Ausstattung der für Kontrollen und Prüfungen zuständigen Behörden ist unzureichend. Es ist damit zu rechnen, dass viele Probleme erst sukzessive gelöst werden, hierzu werden der Öffentlichkeit auch weitere Hinweise und Handreichungen zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
