Abstract

Zusammenfassung Bei nur leicht wachsender Bevölkerung verschärfen der demographische Wandel und bürokratische Hürden den Mangel an qualifizierten Arbeitskräften weiterhin. Dies bedroht die wirtschaftliche Stabilität und den Wohlstand des Landes, besonders in einer unsicheren, von Transformation geprägten Welt. Gleichzeitig tritt die Generation Z mit ihren spezifischen Vorstellungen von Work-Life-Balance, flexiblen Arbeitszeiten und Unternehmenskultur in den Arbeitsmarkt und Unternehmen stehen vor der Herausforderung, diese Erwartungen zu erfüllen, während sie gleichzeitig die Produktivität sicherstellen müssen. Das vorliegende Buch beleuchtet die Spannungen zwischen den Generationen und die notwendigen Veränderungen in Bezug auf die Unternehmenskultur und Führungsansätze bei Unternehmen sowie auf das Mindset und die Haltung bei jungen Arbeitskräften. Es bietet praxisnahe Lösungen und Denkanstöße für beide Seiten.
