Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel wird sich auf die Bedeutung und Förderung von Kreativität und Innovation in Unternehmen konzentrieren. Es behandelt, wie die Unternehmenskultur, Teamarbeit und spezifische Führungsstile die kreative Leistung steigern können. Es erläutert, wie Arbeitsumgebungen und -strukturen sowie ein offenes Klima zur Fehlerkultur die Kreativität und Innovationsfähigkeit eines Unternehmens unterstützen. Der Fokus liegt darauf, wie diese Elemente zusammenspielen, um eine kreative und innovative Unternehmenskultur zu etablieren.
