Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel unterstreicht, wie wichtig Kreativität ist, um aktuelle und künftige Probleme zu lösen. Kreativität geht dabei weit über die bloße Entwicklung neuer Ideen hinaus: Sie umfasst auch die kontinuierliche Anpassung und Optimierung bestehender Strukturen und Prozesse. In einer digitalen Welt, die sich ständig weiterentwickelt, ist es entscheidend, zwischen Kreativität als Prozess der Ideenfindung und Innovation als deren Umsetzung in marktfähige Produkte oder Dienstleistungen zu unterscheiden. Ein unterstützendes Umfeld und flexibles Denken sind unverzichtbar, um kreative Prozesse zu fördern und Unternehmen erfolgreich durch die Herausforderungen der Digitalisierung zu navigieren.
