Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel beleuchtet neue Ansätze zur Förderung von Kreativität in Unternehmen und Gesellschaft. Es zeigt, dass Kreativität als dynamischer Prozess verstanden werden muss, der verschiedene Kompetenzen erfordert und durch digitale Werkzeuge sowie interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit gestärkt werden kann. Ein kultureller Wandel in Unternehmen ist notwendig, um ein kreatives Umfeld zu schaffen, in dem Führungskräfte als Unterstützer und Förderer agieren. Dies trägt langfristig zum Erfolg und zur Anpassungsfähigkeit in einer sich wandelnden Welt bei.
