Abstract

The climate crisis will demand a lot from us. We must accomplish the fastest economic transformation in the history of humanity, according to the authors of the current report to the Club of Rome (Dixson-Declève et al., 2022, p. 19). Essentially, we need to reinvent ourselves—and I believe that we communicators can excellently accompany the necessary change. We possess the knowledge and experience to pave the way for social innovators and inventors of technical innovations. And because we can, we must also do it.
