The Tools: Strategic Models and Methods for Innovation Communication

Abstract

In the process of strategy development, we find the right way forward. Strategic models and methods are tools in this process; they accompany communication strategists on the way to the goal. They help to organize thoughts, collect information in a structured manner, and identify information gaps more easily. They facilitate analysis and guide communication strategists to good decisions. They subsequently help to justify the choice of strategy in a well-founded and logical manner to other stakeholders.
