Abstract

Zusammenfassung Insbesondere bei der Vergütung des Managements kommt es darauf an, nicht nur dafür zu sorgen, dass das Vergütungssystem nachhaltig funktioniert, sondern dass es auch nachhaltiges Handeln vergütet. Dort ist der Hebel am größten. Wenn die Vergütung des Managements nicht auf nachhaltiges Handeln hin ausgerichtet ist, wird nachhaltiges Handeln auf den nachgeordneten Ebenen nicht verankert werden können – im Gegenteil, es wird sogar erschwert werden. Meine These dazu: Eigentlich ist die Vergütung des Managements und der Mitarbeiter ganz einfach, wenn alle den gleichen Steuerungsgrößen unterliegen. Deshalb wird dieses Kapitel auch nicht besonders lang werden, denn es wird nur eine Grundidee mit ein paar charmanten Ergänzungen und vielen Verweisen auf vorhergehende Kapitel geben.
