Abstract

Zusammenfassung Eine sorgfältige Auseinandersetzung mit der Lehraufgabe beginnt mit der Zielsetzung einer Lehrveranstaltung, da jedes Format seine eigenen Aufgaben und Gesetzmäßigkeiten hat. Die inhaltliche Gestaltung leitet sich stets vom Format ab und kann anhand einer Zielgruppenanalyse sehr genau bestimmt werden. Als Lehrkraft hat man die Aufgabe, den Lehrstoff so aufzubereiten, dass die Teilnehmerschaft zur Auseinandersetzung ermutigt wird und sich auf die gemeinsame Lernreise begeben will. In Abgrenzung zur Präsentation ist bei Tutorien, Seminaren und Schulungen das aktive Mitarbeiten der Teilnehmenden erwünscht und erwartet.
