Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der elektronische Handel hat in den letzten Jahren eine bemerkenswerte Entwicklung durchgemacht und ist zu einem integralen Bestandteil des modernen Handels geworden. Mit dem wachsenden Einfluss des Internets und der Digitalisierung hat sich der traditionelle Kaufprozess grundlegend verändert und die Unternehmen stehen vor der Herausforderung, sich diesen neuen Gegebenheiten anzupassen. Dieses Kapitel widmet sich einer vertieften Betrachtung des E-Commerce und beleuchtet verschiedene Aspekte dieses dynamischen Feldes.
