Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel befasst sich mit den Umweltfaktoren, die bei Anschlagslagen eine wichtige Rolle spielen. Es werden drei Hauptkategorien diskutiert: Wetterfaktoren, Tages- bzw. Nachtzeit und örtliche Begebenheiten/Gelände. Dieses Kapitel befasst sich mit den Umweltfaktoren, die bei Anschlagslagen eine wichtige Rolle spielen. Es werden drei Hauptkategorien diskutiert: Wetterfaktoren, Tages- bzw. Nachtzeit und örtliche Begebenheiten/Gelände. Der Text erläutert, wie Wetterbedingungen wie Temperatur, Wind und Niederschlag sowohl die Einsatzkräfte und Opfer als auch die Täter und das eingesetzte Material beeinflussen können. Es wird betont, wie wichtig es ist, diese Faktoren bei der Einsatzplanung zu berücksichtigen, insbesondere bei längeren Einsätzen. Die Auswirkungen von Tages- und Nachtzeit auf Anschlagsszenarien werden analysiert, wobei auf die jeweiligen Vor- und Nachteile für Einsatzkräfte und Täter eingegangen wird.
