Abstract

Zusammenfassung Für die meisten Einsatzkräfte gehört die Anwendung psychologischen Knowhows nicht zu ihren Kernkompetenzen oder Kernaufgaben. Das bedeutet, sie müssen sich erst damit vertraut machen, was es heißt, die psychologische Brille aufzusetzen. Im Wesentlichen geht es darum, wachsam und systematisch zu beobachten, „ Menschen zu lesen“ und Nuancen zu erkennen. Das Kapitel spezifiziert anhand eines Leitbeispiels, was es heißt, eine psychologische Brille aufzusetzen und psychologisches Knowhow als Ressource für Einsatzhandeln zu nutzen.
