Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Möglichkeiten und Grenzen einer werteorientierten Organisationsentwicklung und Führung in Polizei sowie Behörden werden sichtbarer, wenn man auf den organisationalen Rahmen schaut, in dem sich alle Akteure bewegen. Polizei und Behörden sind in ihrer Struktur und in den Amtsbezeichnungen stark hierarchisch gegliedert. Ein möglicher Aufstieg eines Mitarbeitenden in der Hierarchie bringt neben dem höheren Rang und einem höheren Maß an Autorität auch einen Zuwachs an Besoldung.
