Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel erörtern wir den Rahmen, in dem Entscheidungen im Rezessionsmanagement zu treffen sind. Es gibt drei dominierende Aspekte. Zuerst ist das Prinzip der Dringlichkeit zu betonen: Es ist von Bedeutung, dass richtige Entscheidungen schnell getroffen und dann auch schnell umgesetzt werden. Zum anderen ist darauf zu achten, dass eine Kumulation von Problemen und Risiken in der ohnehin kritischen Rezessionszeit vermieden werden kann. Und schließlich ist in allen Entscheidungen die Langfristorientierung zu bewahren: In der Rezession muss der nachfolgende Aufschwung vorbereitet werden.
