Abstract

Zusammenfassung Eine Vielzahl von Herausforderungen erwartet Clustermanager*innen jeden Tag. Die Frage, ob ein Cluster ohne Heimat in Form eines Technologie- und Gründerzentrums wachsen und gedeihen kann, soll dieser Beitrag aus Sicht eines Best-Practice-Beispiels erörtern. Entlang des Transformationsprozesses des Clusters HOCHFORM und der damit verbundenen Einbettung des Gründer- und Technologiezentrums ZPT (Zentrum für Präzisionstechnik) werden Hemmnisse während der Genese, die Einbettung eines Gebäudes in den Strategieprozess und die damit verbundenen Chancen und Risiken dargestellt.
