Abstract

Zusammenfassung Schon jetzt kann man sagen, dass die Chatbots eine Revolution für alle Texter sind. Das hat nichts mit Intelligenz zu tun und stößt dort an seine Grenzen, wo Texte und Kampagnen höchsten kreativen Ansprüchen genügen müssen. Einerseits sind die Chatbots eine große Hilfe und Ideengeber, andererseits wird ihre Gleichförmigkeit zukünftig schnell erkennbar, weil sie in vielen Fällen nur das Mittelmaß abbilden. Der Geist der Kreativen ist genau hier gefordert. Chatbots sind nicht mehr als ein Werkzeug, und der kreative Umgang sowie das freie Experiment mit ihnen wird zur Pflicht.
