Abstract

Zusammenfassung Regionale Netzwerke im Übergangsbereich zwischen Studium und Beruf gewinnen zunehmend an Bedeutung für die langfristige Unterstützung von Studierenden und die Fachkräftesicherung. Trotz ihrer Relevanz sind regionale netzwerkgestützte Ansätze in Deutschland noch selten vorzufinden. Dieser Beitrag untersucht im Rahmen einer qualitativ-vergleichenden Fallstudie die Verstetigung von zwei programmgeförderten regionalen Netzwerken. Ressourcenmangel und interne Differenzen zwischen Netzwerkpartner*innen stellen sich als hemmende Faktoren für die Verstetigung heraus. Umgekehrt erweisen sich Problemdruck und eine langfristig orientierte Ausrichtung der Zusammenarbeit als förderliche Faktoren.
