Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Klagen über Fachkräfteengpässe oder sogar einen Fachkräftemangel gehören inzwischen zur Tagesordnung. Vor diesem Hintergrund stellt sich für die betrieblichen Akteur*innen die zunehmende Herausforderung, angemessene und zielführende Maßnahmen im Sinne einer nachhaltigen Rekrutierung zu ergreifen. Nachhaltig bedeutet in diesem Kontext, dass Personalbeschaffung und -bindung stets zusammenhängend und nicht isoliert betrachtet werden. Dies gilt in besonderem Maße für die Nachwuchskräfterekrutierung, denn duale Bildungsgänge (ob im Bereich der Ausbildung oder des dualen Studiums) rechnen sich erst nach Abschluss der Bildungsmaßnahmen und nach einer erfolgreichen betrieblichen Übernahme dieser Nachwuchskräfte. Die Ausbildungsstätten stehen daher vor der Aufgabe und der Herausforderung, die Auszubildenden und dual Studierenden zu integrieren, zu fördern und langfristig zu binden.
